About Linda

Linda Olson is the Principal of L.Olson Associates. Her years of experience in the corporate world provide the foundation for her work as an Executive Coach. She has worked in Human Resources in the high tech industry for 20+ years sharing her expertise in the processes of change, development and learning. Linda has developed and delivered training programs to leadership teams and provided management coaching. She holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and is certified as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West. Linda is trained in a number of assessment tools including the Myers-Briggs (MBTI). She is a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), Women in Consulting (WIC) and the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) including the local San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. In addition, Linda has trained with David Allen and Julie Morgenstern, nationally known best selling authors and professional productivity gurus.

Linda uses an integrated approach to coaching combining productivity strategies with individual preferences, habits, and aspirations. She helps clients see things in new ways that enables them to take new actions. Linda’s coaching provides support to help integrate new behaviors and develop new competencies. She is passionate about finding simple and practical solutions to make your time and spaces become more efficient, functional, and comfortable.
